This is a template notice. DC Healthcare Holdings Berhad must review and approve the final wording (including Personal Data Protection Act 2010 obligations) before go-live.

DC Healthcare Holdings Berhad ("we") collects the personal data you provide in your application - such as your name, contact details, employment and education history, salary expectations, CV and answers to role-specific questions - to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and to communicate with you about your application.

How we use your data

To review and shortlist applications, arrange interviews and make hiring decisions.
To contact you about this and, where relevant, future suitable vacancies.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Who can see it

Only authorised HR staff, recruiters and the hiring managers involved in the recruitment for the role. Your data is stored on systems controlled by DC Healthcare Holdings Berhad.

Retention

We keep application data for as long as necessary for recruitment purposes and in line with our retention policy.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your application, by contacting us at husna@drchongclinic.com.

Please do not include identity card numbers, passport details or other sensitive personal data in your CV at this stage.
