Job Brief
We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Beauty Consultant to guide clients, recommend skincare and cosmetic products, and provide personalized makeovers.
Responsibilities
• Customer Consultations: Greet clients, assess their skin types or personal style, and offer expert beauty advice.
• Product Demonstrations: Show application techniques, perform mini-makeovers, and match cosmetic shades.
• Sales and Targets: Promote skin care, cosmetics, and beauty tools to meet individual and store sales goals.
• Store Maintenance: Keep product displays clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current hair, makeup, and skin care industry trends.
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma; a cosmetology or esthetician certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven retail, sales, or customer service experience in the beauty industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
